Challenge

A national law marketing firm relied on a large 25-person team for manual data entry, leading to high annual operational costs, slow turnaround, and significant potential for human error. The firm needed a radical solution to drastically reduce overhead while maintaining data quality. 


Solution

I conducted an internal deep dive, identified that 80% of the manual work was repetitive web data extraction, and, on my own initiative, designed and deployed a proprietary software. This script fully automated the core data acquisition process, eliminating the need for the large human team.


Result

The automation doubled company profits and reduced data entry headcount by over 65%, enabling the firm to operate with a far leaner, more profitable structure. This project generated hundreds of thousands in annual savings.

I engineered the full-stack solution, which featured facial recognition, visitor management, and an AI chatbot, and deployed it across mobile, PWA, and physical kiosks.

Challenge

A senior capabilities team at a large organization was grading interview transcripts entirely by hand. This manual process created a significant bottleneck, requiring 120 hours of work for each batch of interviews. 


Solution

I personally designed, built, and delivered a custom Python-based Transcript Scoring App used by the senior client team. The secure tool ingested the interview transcripts and used an AI model to grade them according to the team's specific criteria. 


Result

The application slashed the manual workload from 120 hours down to just 40 hours. This provided an immediate 3x efficiency gain, freeing up a senior team to focus on higher-value strategic work.

A large operations department of over 50 staff was managing complex invoice and contract records using manual processes and spreadsheets. This workflow was slow, error-prone, and created significant challenges for data collection, compliance, and reporting.


Solution

I proactively identified this high-impact automation opportunity and partnered with the department's leadership. I personally designed and built a custom "Invoice and Contracts Record Management System". This new tool moved the entire 50+ person team from unsecured spreadsheets to a governed, centralized application. 


Result

The tool was an immediate success, "drastically cut[ting] down the amount of time our team spends on data entry" and making reporting "far more accurate and efficient," according to the department manager. This single automation modernized the entire department's operations and contributed to saving multiple FTEs per month.

An entity managing a large-scale public relief program needed to rapidly build and deploy a secure, high-availability system. The system had to process thousands of applications from the public, automatically prioritize them based on complex policy, and manage the full award and payment lifecycle.

The platform I developed processed thousands of applications, automatically prioritizing applicants based on need (damage and income), facilitated staff requests for verification, and utilized an automated award calculator to generate letters and payments.

Challenge

An international consulting firm's public relations team was spending significant resources on manual web research for press releases. This process involved three staff members and an external research vendor, costing over $47,000 annually.


Solution

I identified this inefficiency and independently deployed an AI-powered tool (Exa.ai) that uses neural-based search to automate the entire research workflow. The tool automatically scraped the web for relevant information and structured the findings for the PR team.


Result

The solution was an immediate success, completely eliminating the $47,000 annual vendor contract and saving one full-time employee's worth of manual research. This allowed the PR staff to shift from time-intensive data collection to a higher-value supervisory and strategic role.
