I served as a lead developer, architecting and building the end-to-end case management system. The platform I developed processed thousands of applications, automatically prioritizing applicants based on need (damage and income), facilitated staff requests for verification, and utilized an automated award calculator to generate letters and payments.

The secure system successfully served hundreds of thousands of applicants, managing the complete relief application and award lifecycle while ensuring compliance with program policies.
