I studied Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Columbia University, surrounded by peers who went on to work for some of the most innovative companies in the world — Google, Meta, Amazon, and the broader Silicon Valley ecosystem. Experiencing that environment firsthand set my standard for what truly great engineering looks like: fast, communicative, deeply curious, and built on integrity.


When I began building my own consultancy, I wanted to find that same level of talent — and discovered it in an unexpected place: Latin America. I started attending hackathons and visiting top universities, meeting developers who were not only brilliant but also humble, hardworking, and deeply grateful for the opportunities they earned.


That discovery became PiTransform — a company built to connect elite Latin American engineers with U.S. businesses that value both performance and purpose. Today, we attend hackathons, partner with universities, and rigorously vet candidates for speed, skill, and integrity — giving our clients world-class results while creating life-changing opportunities for exceptional developers.
